Winmysoul.com is currently under construction. Version 2.0 of Winmysoul.com will be launched shortly.

• A percentage of my taxable income for the rest of my life with a guaranteed minimum of $500 US Dollars per year.
• The right to choose the first name of all of my children.  The name has to be gender specific and cannot contain profanity or derogatory words.  (As of right now I do not have any children.)
• A percentage of profit ownership of any intellectual works that I create.
• The option to plan my wedding.  This includes selecting the date. (I hope I can find a woman insane enough to marry me!)
• The option to decide the message that will be inscribed upon my tombstone.
• Plus much more! 

A Measure of Success?

As a result of what I now deem the “Win My Soul” project, my life has drastically changed.  As could be expected with such things as selling your soul, selling all of your belongings, moving half way around the world, taking up a new job, writing a book, and the various day-to-day activities of life… I have been rather slow in updating the web site.  Things will continue to be slow for a short time but I hope to find some rhythm soon.  I am currently in the process of developing Winmysoul.com version 2.0, which will allow people to follow the contractual progress of my soul’s performance each year.  If you are a talented web site developer or graphics developer interested in donating some of your time to help with this project, I would be most grateful not to mention give all the appropriate credit where it is due.

Over the next few weeks expect to see several new features appear at http://www.winmysoul.com as well as any exciting news that develops.  As of right now the movie deal process is still ongoing… these kinds of things don’t happen overnight.  If Maguire Entertainment is able to get this story adapted for the big screen then great, if not then no problem… because I didn’t build Winmysoul.com to get a movie deal.  I did it to find inner happiness and joy.  So far I feel confident that I am on the right path to obtaining joy and happiness.

I want to thank everyone that has helped me over the past year… my friends (the few but loyal), the kindred spirits that sent countless e-mails and letters of support, everyone that donated, the media (although a lot of people make the media out to be the bad guys… there are many kindhearted people as well!), and last but not least, my best friend in the world… Chris Reynolds.  If you ever need a kidney bud, I’m your man!

The Drawing

A winner is in the process of being selected.  Let me explain... 

The drawing took place in the following manner.  Five names were randomly selected from the total number of entries in the Winmysoul.com sweepstakes.  All entries were included according to the rules for the sweepstakes.  The first person selected had approximately 30 days to respond to my efforts to contact them but failed to do so.  So the first selection was removed from the list.  Right now I am attempting to contact the second selected winner.  If this person responds within 30 days then he/she will be the official new owner of Gerald Fraller’s soul!  If not then I will move on to the third selected winner.  In case you are wondering why it is so hard to contact the winners, most of the people that entered the sweepstakes for my soul only provided an e-mail address as a contact method.   Thus, it has been rather difficult to try and contact someone that exists only by e-mail address. 

Contractual Obligations

I have been getting lots of e-mails from people asking when I will begin to fulfill the contractual obligations of my soul contract. Well to answer your questions; Once the winner is finalized and the contract is signed, I will begin to fulfill the requirements of the contract.

However, rest assured that I will follow every clause in the contract as required. That also includes donating a portion of the money generated from the sweepstakes for my soul to charity and creating a foundation to help address depression and other important issues that are adversely affecting society.
